Organization: Help Centre of Northumberland (The)
Description of Services: Then Senior Services Help Program helps connect seniors 50 years and older to the services in the community relating to wellness and improving quality of life.

This free program works with lower-income seniors and their families to help seniors manage their daily life by:
  • accessing resources and other community services
  • planning meals and grocery shopping
  • attending appointments and meetings with the senior as needed
  • assistance with forms, pensions, finances and benefits
  • helping the senior downsize their living arrangements
  • budgeting
