Description of Services: Private agency providing in-home nursing and personal support care services * services can be short-term or long-term and may include wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing services * Services provided in client homes, long-term care homes, retirement homes, rehabilitation centers and hospitals and include:

  • Palliative Care - for individuals with life-limiting conditions. Includes escorted transportation to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and errands
