| Description of Services: |
Nursing - Medication administration, wound care, foot care, intravenous therapy, pain and symptom management, ventilator care, peritoneal care, chronic disease management, paediatric and palliative care, respite care. Personal Care - Personal hygiene care such as grooming, washing, bathing and basic hand and foot care. Assistance with dressing and eating. Home Support - Light housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry. Escort for shopping trips and appointments. Companionship- Caregivers provide companionship for individuals who are alone or isolated. Caregivers can also accompany clients on outings and special events. Occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
