Organization: Brodie Community and Residential Services - Adult Day Program

Description of Services: Programs are designed to meet the individual needs of adults with physical and or developmental disabilities, adults who have difficulty performing activities of daily living, adults with psychological and neurological disorders who may be disoriented with their surroundings * provides for each individuals physical and emotional well-being through structured social, recreational, vocational and life skills activities.

Services include:
  • one on one support
  • vocational training
  • life skills training and support
  • recreation and sports support
  • travel training (using public transit)

Fees: Fees are based on a sliding scale and individual needs.
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults, 18 years and older, with a physical and or developmental disability, behaviour, psychological and neurological impairments.
Application: Referral can be made by client, family or community agency
