Description of Services: Offers assessment, treatment, support, and education for people experiencing the early stages of psychosis. Serving individuals age 14-35. Family support and education is also provided. Offers:

  • rapid response and screening
  • psychiatric and nursing services
  • case management
  • family support
  • peer support
  • recreational outings
  • education and vocational support

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Persons aged 14 to 35 in the early stages of psychotic illness and their families.
Application: Referral process is a telephone call to any of the five service delivery sites. See the contact names and numbers under AFFILIATIONS.Referral can be made by the individual, a family member or anyone supporting the individual.
