Helps people obtain competitive employment through the development of an achievable action plan, coupled with the practice of coping skills and mental wellness * walk-ins are welcome. The At Work Employment Program follows the individual placement and support model which is an evidence-based best practice approach. It is designed to provide specialized vocational assistance to those seeking opportunities to enter or reintegrate into the workforce. |

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Persons 16 or older and are living with a mental health concern, legally eligible to work in Canada | ||
Application: |
Self referrals or referrals from other service providers. Waiting Period varies based on current caseload and time of referral, however there usually is no waiting period. |
