Additional eligibility criteria will be assessed upon initial intake. | ||

Call in to the office to speak to a School Health Support Services Care Coordiantor to make a referral. Waiting Period - No waiting period to make a new referral. Waiting periods for direct service vary depending on type of service required and need. |
