Description of Services: Programs offered:

Healthy Babies, Healthy Children - is a free and voluntary home visiting program providing services during the prenatal period and to families with children from birth up to their transition to school. Public Health Nurses and Family Home Visitors provide information, education and resources for many topics including healthy pregnancy, healthy child growth and development, nutrition, positive parenting and parent-child relationships. They can also assist in linking clients with other community resources.

Infant and Toddler Development - is a free and voluntary home visiting program for families of infants and young children who have a developmental delay or who are at risk for delayed development . Infant Development Workers provide support and interventions to families to help with development, feeding, routines and behaviour as well as link families to other community resources.

Nurse Fanmily Partnership - a free home visiting program where public health nurses visit young, first-time parents during their pregnancy and the first two years of their child's life.
