Description of Services: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults who live in the community and are in need of support to remain at home in a secure and supportive group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * foot care is available for a fee

Activities include music, conversation, games and puzzles, baking and cooking as well as falls prevention exercises * appropriate for people with physical or cognitive health conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia, chronic conditions such as heart disease or diabetes or people who may be frail and isolated

Fees: $20/day
