Description of Services: For older adults 65 and older living with dementia, cognitive impairments, persons who are disabled, frail as well as older adults who are socially isolated:
  • social integration, physical, recreational and social activities for clients
  • friendly and secure environment
  • professional caring staff and volunteers
  • nutritious meals and snacks
  • transportation may be provided, at an additional cost, if required * transportation to and from the program may be provided within catchment area, and depending upon space availability and client's availability to safely manage vehicle entry and exit

Fees: $28 for a full day
$22 for a half-day
$8.50 each way for transportation
